Scent: green, rosy sweet minty 

Brief info: An energetic oil which is often associated with balance and creativity and also a good insect repellent. Comes with variation in scent according to the countries cultivated from, though they have similar actions and benefits.

Therapeutic & Blend well with (can be used on its own without blending with other essential oils):

For stress and anxiety, blend with orange, bergamot, clary sage, jasmine, ylang ylang, rose, sandalwood, patchouli and frankincense.

For women's health especially in hormone balancing and PMS, blend with clary sage, fennel or palmarosa.

A good antifungal and antimicrobial oil, blended with patchouli.

To reduce body water retention, blend with bergamot, clary sage, peppermint, thyme, clary sage or immortelle. 

For inflammation on skin, blend with lavender, bergamot, basil, juniper berry, rose or patchouli.

Use: for a single oil drop around 5-8 drops in 100ml water diffuser. 

Add 1-2 drops in 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (coconut/almond/sunflower) and mix well to make as massage oil for above purposes.
