Therapeutic & Blend well with: 

For anxiety or insomnia, blend with Bergamot, clary sage, frankincense, ylang ylang, geranium or vetiver.

For skin inflammation blend with Patchouli, geranium, chamomile, carrot seed, cinnamon, thyme, tea tree or sweet orange.

For immune support, blend with cypress, basil, ginger, clove.

For musculoskeletal tension or inflammation, blend with ginger, frankincense, nutmeg, clary sage, juniperberry, thyme, rosemary or geranium.

For women's health, blend with clary sage and sweet fennel for abdominal massage. 

Use: for a single oil drop around 5 to 8 drops in 100ml water diffuser. Or check our iL Puro essential oil blends as many of them have Lavender inside.

Add 3-5 drops in 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (coconut/almond/sunflower) and mix well to make as massage oil for relaxation or to soothe any discomfort.
