Our Organic Bergamot is from best region of Bergamot oil production in the world, Reggio Calabria Italy. Though native to tropical Asia, it is named after the Italian city of Bergamo, where the oil first sold. Used to flavor food and beverages, notably Earl Grey Tea.

It blends well with lavender, neroli, jasmine, ylang ylang, frankincense, geranium, lemon, chamomile, juniper.

Known for many uses, especially noted for its uplifting and relaxing scent. 

Make your own oil blend for sleeping aid with Bergamot oil as follows:

4 drops of Bergamot

3 drops of French Lavender

2 or 1 drop of Ylang Ylang Complete

Or to help you to get deep sound sleep with the following blend:

4 drops of Bergamot

3 drops of French Lavender

2 drops of Frankincense
